Adding members in bulk

Adding members in bulk is a quick way to add staff, ministry members or newsletter recipients. Visit People > Bulk to add new members.

Working with lists of email addresses

You will need to add each address on a separate line in the box. If you have a comma-separated values (.CSV) list of email addresses and need help bringing each email address to its own line, a simple Find and Replace command with Microsoft Word or Apple's TextEdit will do the trick.

Editing a list in Windows

In MS Word, simply enter a comma in the "Find" field and, for "Replace", via "Special" select "Paragraph Mark". After hitting "Replace All" each comma will be replaced with a return.

Editing a list in Mac OS

In Apple TextEdit, enter a comma in the "Find" field and Option + Return in the "Replace" field. After hitting "Replace All" each comma will be replaced with a return.

Before pasting your list into the CMS, we recommend that the list be made into plain text. This can be done by pasting into a plain-text application like MS Notepad or Apple TextEdit, and re-copying your list from there.

Now you're ready to paste that list in the Bulk members box.
