The CMS freezes after opening a page
There may be several causes for the CMS to freeze or "lock up" while editing content, though they are rare.
By far, the most frequently occurring cause is invalid content pasted in the CMS content editor (WYSIWYG). Unfriendly characters or strings may cause the editor to produce erroneous code, which may freeze the page.
If this happens, you have two options:
- Revert to the Pages list view and delete the page, then create a new one using plain text.
- Contact Support to have the page code sanitized if possible.
