Using Internet Presence Manager
As part of Internet Presence Management (IPM), the CMS has tools integrated by which Facebook and Twitter statuses can be updated as a part of publishing content.
To link social media outlets to your site, navigate to the "Internet Presence" tab under Admin (Admin > Site > [Edit Site] > Internet Presence).
With social media outlets linked, you will see on Publish screens the added ability to post a status update to notify your audience that new content is available on your site.
Supported content modules
Modules that support Internet Presence Management status updates are:
- Articles
- Blogs
- Events
- Sermons
To enable Facebook status updates, a Facebook account needs to be linked inside the CMS. The following three-step process verifies you have access to a Facebook, and that you wish to give the Internet Presence Manager Facebook app permission to update your status.
1. Log in to Facebook
To begin, visit www.facebook.com and verify that you are not logged into a Facebook account that you do not wish to be linked to the CMS.
Return to the Internet Presence settings page and follow the link to add a Facebook account. Once you have logged into Facebook, also log in to Internet Presence Manager.

2. Enable Internet Presence Manager
You will be shown the settings that are available from Internet Pressence Manager. Click "Allow" and you'll be returned to the CMS.

3. Choose a Facebook Page
In the CMS, you have the option to set up posting to a particular Facebook Page that you manage. You may simply ignore this option if you wish to post to your personal Facebook Profile only.

If you do not see your desired Facebook page listed, you may not have been added as an Administrator of that page at Facebook.
Note:
To see the Pages for which you have Admin access, see this dropdown at Facebook. If your desired page is not listed there, Contact an Administrator of that page for access.
That's it! If you have any questions, please contact Support.
To link Twitter, you simply need to submit your Twitter account credentials.
